ELECTRO STORE delivers to every country in the European Union. Orders placed before 3pm (working days) ship the same day from our European warehouse.

Methods and prices

• Standard home delivery: 3–5 working days – €4.99, free from €49.
• Pickup point: 3–6 working days – €3.99, free from €49.
• Express 24/48h: €9.99.

Parcel tracking

As soon as your order ships, you receive an email with your tracking number. You can also track it from your account under “My orders”.

Receiving your parcel

Check the parcel in front of the courier. If it is damaged, note your reservations and contact our customer service within 48 hours.
