Terms and conditions of sale

1. Purpose

These terms govern sales made on the ELECTRO STORE website between ELECTRO STORE and any consumer residing in the European Union.

Prices are shown in euros including all taxes (VAT of the delivery country), excluding delivery charges shown before the order is confirmed.

An order is final once these terms are accepted and payment is validated. A confirmation email summarises the order.

Payment is due when ordering. Accepted methods are listed on the Secure payment page.

Lead times and prices are shown on the Delivery page. Risk passes to the customer upon delivery of the parcel.

Customers have 14 days (extended to 15 days by ELECTRO STORE) to exercise their right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU.

Products are covered by the legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771) and, where applicable, by the manufacturer’s commercial warranty.

In the event of a dispute, customers may use a consumer mediator free of charge.
