Returns and refunds

Right of withdrawal

Under EU rules you have 14 days from receipt to withdraw from your purchase. ELECTRO STORE extends this to 15 days and covers the return shipping costs.

How to return a product

1. Sign in to your account or contact customer service with your order number.
2. We send you a prepaid return label.
3. Send the complete product back in its original packaging with all accessories.

Refund

We refund you using the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and checking the returned product.

Exceptions

Products unsealed for hygiene reasons (in-ear headphones) or unsealed software can only be returned if faulty.

Legal guarantee

This 15-day return period is a commercial commitment from ELECTRO STORE: it does not limit in any way the 2-year legal guarantee of conformity (Directive (EU) 2019/771). A faulty or non-conforming product remains covered for 2 years from delivery: contact our customer service for its repair or replacement, or failing that a refund.
